CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Circuit Training

This 75-minute class incorporates both cardio and strength training, using cardio & strength-training machines, free weights, balls, and bands. This class will increase your lean muscle mass and bone density, help your balance, and create a stronger core. The last 15-minutes of class focus on abdominals and flexibility.

Buff Bodies

A one hour total body strength and conditioning workout using free weights, tubing and your own body weight as resistance. This class is designed to build muscular strength and endurance and increase your “core” strength. Get that “Buff Body” you’ve always wanted!

Boot Camp Circuit

An all-around, total body workout, that sometimes takes place outside, weather-permitting. Some classes have more emphasis on cardio, and some have more emphasis on strength, but both are always in every class. An assortment of equipment is used, including free weights, machines, body bars, balls and bands.

Zumba

Zumba is an exciting class full of Latin and exotic music flavors. The routines feature aerobic interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. It is a mixture of body sculpting movements and easy to follow dance steps, although you do not have to know how to dance to do Zumba.
